- Installing and Configuring Systems: Setting up computer hardware, software, networks, printers
- Troubleshooting and Diagnosing Issues: Identifying and resolving technical problems with hardware, software, and networks.
- Providing Technical Support: Assisting end-users with technical issues, either in person or remotely
- Troubleshooting Microsoft product including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote & Onedrive
- Apple MacOS End-user support.
- Good Knowledge of networks, protocols, and IT security
- Dell, HP Laptop & Apple MacBook Hardware's issues troubleshooting.
- Installing, Managing, and Configuration Windows /MAC Operating System
- Nexthink, SCCM , Beyond trust tool support for remote user’s
- Ticketing tool knowledge of Service now
- Escalate issue with L2/L3 if issue not resolved.
