🔹 Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Manual Test Engineer with 6–7 years of experience in functional, regression, integration, and system testing of web and enterprise applications. The candidate should be strong in test strategy, test design, defect management, and coordinating with cross functional teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
•    Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed test scenarios and test cases.
•    Perform functional, regression, smoke, retesting, and system integration testing.
•    Execute test cases, track defects, and maintain test evidence for all executions.
•    Participate in UAT coordination and support business users during testing.
•    Work closely with developers, BAs, and product owners to ensure requirement clarity and quality delivery.
•    Prepare Test Plans, Test Metrics, Traceability Matrix, Test Summary Reports.
•    Manage complete STLC and ensure alignment with SDLC.
•    Use JIRA, ALM, Bugzilla, or similar tools for requirement and defect management.
•    Participate in defect triage meetings and drive defect closure.
•    Support Agile ceremonies including sprint grooming, planning, and retrospectives.
•    Ensure adherence to QA best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

🔹 Required Skills
•    Strong experience in Manual Functional Testing for web or enterprise applications.
•    Hands on in writing, maintaining, and executing test cases and test scenarios.
•    Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
•    Experience with: 
o    JIRA / ALM / Bugzilla (or similar defect management tools) [Manual_Testing_JD_4B | Word]
o    Test management tools
o    Traceability & reporting frameworks
•    Good knowledge of database testing (SQL Server / Oracle).
•    Familiarity with SOAP / REST API testing (nice to have).
•    Exposure to Agile / Scrum ways of working.
