Title: Technical Specialist-Testing Services

Location: Warren, NJ - Hybrid 03 days per week
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end QA activities across Guidewire, Underwriting Workbench, Excel-based Raters, PriceMonitor, Pinnacle, and Technical Pricing applications.
- Define and execute test strategies, test plans, and release schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
- Manage and mentor QA teams, ensuring effective resource planning, task allocation, and delivery.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, Development, and Underwriting teams to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
- Oversee functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing across insurance applications.
- Drive defect management, risk assessment, root cause analysis, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor testing progress, provide status updates, and present QA metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and release activities.
- Promote test automation, process optimization, and adoption of QA best practices to improve efficiency.
