Job Overview

The VP - Program Management will play a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the planning and execution of multiple projects and programs. This executive will be responsible for aligning project objectives with company goals, and making sure projects are delivered on time, stay within scope and within budget. The VP will lead a team of project managers and work closely with various other departments to ensure effective and efficient implementation of company strategies. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and strong team management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of all program activities, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Manage and lead the program management team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement program management strategies, processes, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth execution of programs and resolve any issues that may arise.
