Job Overview

As a UXIX professional, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and meaningful interactions between users and our digital products. Your role will involve understanding our users' needs, generating ideas to improve user interaction, creating prototypes, and working closely with our design and development teams to implement those ideas. You will be expected to use your skills and knowledge to create user-friendly designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in UX design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, with a focus on User Experience or Interaction Design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
• Knowledge of industry tools such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq.
• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.
• Experience with graphic design applications (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision).
• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
