We are seeking a skilled Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant with 4-9 years of technical and functional experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing implementations, supporting projects, and working with the latest OTM Release Cloud versions. You will play a critical role in optimizing our transportation management processes and enhancing system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your functional and techno-functional expertise in OTM to support and implement transportation management solutions.
- Manage and support OTM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong technical and functional knowledge of OTM application modules, including order management, finance, shipment management, and automation agents.
- Prepare comprehensive mapping documents for interfacing OTM with EDI, WMS, order management, and finance systems.
- Translate functional specifications into detailed design specifications for the Offshore Delivery Centre.
- Write SQL statements for automation agents and other technical tasks to enhance system functionality.
- Utilize JSPX/XSL for customizations as needed, with hands-on experience being a significant advantage.
- Oversee end-to-end OTM lifecycle implementations and maintain knowledge of OTM architecture.
- Provide support and handle tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow tool for ticket management is a plus.
