Title:  Program Manager

Area(s) of responsibility

.Transformation roadmap: Define and execute portfolio-level journeys from AI-assisted
engineering to governed AI-DLC and agent-enabled delivery.
Program execution: Integrate product, engineering, architecture, quality, operations, security,
risk and business workstreams.
Adoption and enablement: Scale GitHub Copilot, AI tools, role-based fluency, certifications and
hands-on capability building.
Agentic AI portfolio: Prioritize, rationalize and govern reusable agents across requirements,
design, coding, testing, security, release and support.
Governance: Establish lifecycle controls, human oversight, model and agent evaluations,
security compliance, Responsible AI and audit readiness.
Value realization: Baseline and track adoption, cycle time, quality, automation, utilization, reuse,
productivity and business outcomes.
Executive engagement: Lead steering forums, transformation councils, QBRs, decisions, risks,
dependencies and outcome reporting.


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
12+ years in technology delivery, including 5+ years leading complex enterprise transformation
programs.
Proven leadership across Agile, DevOps, cloud, engineering modernization or digital
transformation.
Strong executive stakeholder management and global, cross-functional delivery experience.
Working knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI governance, engineering metrics and
modern SDLC practices.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field; MBA and relevant AI or
program certifications preferred.
