Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Rippling implementations and data migration.
- Experience migrating data from Oracle HCM Cloud to Rippling, or from a comparable enterprise HCM platform into Rippling.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM data structures and effective-dated HR data.
- Experience with Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management, and Recruiting data.
- Strong experience in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, migration, and reconciliation.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, OTBI, HDL, REST APIs, or equivalent integration mechanisms.
- Experience working with CSV/file-based interfaces, APIs, SQL, and data transformation tools.
- Ability to analyse large HR datasets and resolve data-quality and mapping issues.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, mock conversions, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
Strong technical documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
