Title:  Infor CSI Functional Consultant

Area(s) of responsibility

1. Lead requirement gathering workshops, analyze business processes, and translate customer requirements into Infor CSI functional solutions aligned with industry best practices.
2. Configure and implement Infor CSI modules across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Service, Inventory, Planning, and Finance functions.
3. Perform business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and recommend process improvements to optimize operational efficiency and system utilization.
4. Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRP), prototype demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder sign-offs throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Develop functional design documents, configuration specifications, process flows, test scripts, training materials, and end-user documentation.
6. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, extensions, workflows, and data migration activities, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
7. Support data migration strategy, master data validation, issue resolution, go-live preparation, hypercare, and post-implementation support activities.
8. Provide domain expertise in manufacturing environments and contribute to solution design, continuous improvement initiatives, cloud upgrades, and digital transformation programs.
