Infor LN Functional Consultant – Job Description

1. Lead business requirement gathering workshops and translate customer needs into scalable Infor LN solutions aligned with industry best practices.
2. Configure and implement Infor LN modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Sales, Service, and Projects.
3. Conduct business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and recommend process optimization initiatives.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions, prepare functional specifications, and support system architecture decisions.
5. Execute Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and facilitate stakeholder sign-offs.
6. Develop functional design documents, process flows, training materials, test scripts, SOPs, and knowledge transfer documentation.
7. Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning for successful deployments.
8. Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, hypercare, continuous improvement recommendations, and support cloud migration or upgrade initiatives.
